Top Notch Doctors I have followed we care since my oldest was 2yrs old..he is now 17. I can honestly say that i have never had a bad experience with this practice! They have always accommadated me...and the drs have always been right on the money when it comes to diagnosing the problem...even when i thought they were wrong I was the one who wound up wrong.My kids mean the world to me and would only trust the best..Thanks Dr Barnes and Dr Klien-Chast!
Happy Awesome place! The staff have always treated my kids with Royal treatment.....from having 2 taffy's to picking out their own stickers! The staff (especially Lisa) make them feel special EVERY visit and they love them!
great service I have been going to this practice for 10 years. There has never been a time when my child was sick that they were not seen by a doctor that same day. The doctors have always been caring and a good sense of humor is always part of their medicine. There have been times that I have waited, but I know that I will get all the time my child needs when it is our turn. I trust Dr.Barnes completely.
Expect to wait My first child was jaundice when she was born and our post-hospital care included weight checks 3 times per week for a couple weeks in addition to the new born well visits. I remained at this practice for 1 year. EVERY TIME we had an appointment (including the weight checks that literally took 5 minutes) we waited no less than 30 minutes in the waiting room and then at least another 15-20 in the exam room (even when having a 1st appointment of the day). WE CARE ABOUT US NOT OUR PATIENTS I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO TIS PRACTICE!! I HAD AN EMERGENCY WITH MY NEWBORN WITH WHAT WE TOUGHT TO BE A CHEST COULD AT 3 WEEKS OLD NOT ONLY WAS I DENIED AN APPT BU THE NURSE OVER THE PHONE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM PEDIACARE WHICH I DID. FINALLY GOT INTO SEE DR BARBES WHO TURNS AROUND RED FACED AND SAYS YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE AN INFANT PEDICARE. DONTCHA THINK SHE SHOULD ADVISE HER NURSES OF THAT AS WELL. Good "bedside" manner It is so hard to find doctors (even pediatricians) with a bedside manner that puts the patient at ease. I found this at We Care Pediatrics when I was living in Pennsylvania. We have recently moved, and I must say, I'm having trouble finding doctors that have this gift. Kudos to the staff at We Care!
Nice Office, Nice Staff This was my pediatrician for my 3 children (until we moved otherwise we would stil be there). Nice bright office. Group of doctors . . . but you can request to stick to one for scheduled appointments. Saturday hours for emergencies. I think 4 doctors so someone is always on call and will respond to your call even on weekends. In the Sheraton building across from Sesame Place. Plenty of parking.
