Leaving We Care because of staff While we appreciate our physician, the office staff at We Care Pediatrics is inappropriate on the phone, dismissive, and oftentimes dangerous. By this, I mean the staff that answers the phone often fail to check our child's chart and make dangerous assumptions about their care without consulting the facts or physician. If we were less educated about health, this could have dire consequences.
Rip Off I have been seeing Dr. Barnes since I was an infant, and have never had any problems with her. However, the same cannot be said for the rest. While I readily admit I am far too old to see a pediatrician (21), I only go there for urgent problems and referrals, as I also see a handful of specialists. WE CARE SUCKS!!!DISGUSTING STAFF!!!! This Place SUCKS!!!...The staff at We care Pediatrics are horrible. All they are doing here is make some good money . When it comes to routine physical examinations , everything is good , but the moment you are in need , this place starts treating you like a nobody ....it is a We DONT CARE office !!! Where they really do not care ....
LOVE IT! I have been taking my children to We Care Pediatrics for several years and love it! It is conveniently located, the office staff and doctors are wonderful. I have never had any problems getting a sick appointment the same day. Everyone has always been extremely helpful no matter what our request was.
excellent care Great office. everything from the first call till the appt runs smoothly. The office staff is helpfull & friendly. The girls alway have a smile on there faces. The doctors take thier time to go over an questions I may have. They all seem to really have that spiceal bed side manner that is so important when caring for children. I would recommand this office 100%.
we don't care pediatrics The doctors won't see you unless you have an appointment. My 3yr old was given amoxicilin & had a bad reaction to it .We needed to see a Dr right away & they wouldn't see her. They said,"give her benadryl its probably due to the poor air quality!" We took her to a specialist who said it was from the medication. Today, my daughter had a tick on her so embedded we couldn't get it out. It was red, swollen & infected. Terrible Office Staff! I had a terrible experience with the staff at this office. They are rude and have refused appointments to me for my sick son which forced me to take him to the ER to be treated. They lack intelligence in all forms of the word. I have been with this practice for almost two years and am now switching due to the complete incompetence of the staff.
Bad Service I think the way your staff treat your clients is really horrible. The lack of manners and professionalism. I really think that you should moniter your staff closer or you will loose a lot of customer.
THE BEST DOCTORS OFFICE Great Doctors, Great office staff. Kind caring gental & just always easy to get in touch with. They have appts to fit the most diff schedules. They help me feel at ease everytime i have concerns. Im so glad we have found Wee Care Peds. Thank you for offering such amazing care my all my family needs.
