we don't care pediatrics The doctors won't see you unless you have an appointment. My 3yr old was given amoxicilin & had a bad reaction to it .We needed to see a Dr right away & they wouldn't see her. They said,"give her benadryl its probably due to the poor air quality!" We took her to a specialist who said it was from the medication. Today, my daughter had a tick on her so embedded we couldn't get it out. It was red, swollen & infected. Leaving We Care because of staff While we appreciate our physician, the office staff at We Care Pediatrics is inappropriate on the phone, dismissive, and oftentimes dangerous. By this, I mean the staff that answers the phone often fail to check our child's chart and make dangerous assumptions about their care without consulting the facts or physician. Happy Awesome place! The staff have always treated my kids with Royal treatment.....from having 2 taffy's to picking out their own stickers! The staff (especially Lisa) make them feel special EVERY visit and they love them!
Bad Service I think the way your staff treat your clients is really horrible. The lack of manners and professionalism. I really think that you should moniter your staff closer or you will loose a lot of customer.
LOVE IT! I have been taking my children to We Care Pediatrics for several years and love it! It is conveniently located, the office staff and doctors are wonderful. I have never had any problems getting a sick appointment the same day. Everyone has always been extremely helpful no matter what our request was.
Good "bedside" manner It is so hard to find doctors (even pediatricians) with a bedside manner that puts the patient at ease. I found this at We Care Pediatrics when I was living in Pennsylvania. We have recently moved, and I must say, I'm having trouble finding doctors that have this gift. Kudos to the staff at We Care!
WE DEFINETLY CARE PEDIATRICS I went to We Care Pediatrics as a child and now take my children there. It is a wonderful place with wonderful office staff and doctors. everyone is so helpful when i call and come in. the doctors take time to answer any questions or concerns i have with my children. its always so easy to get an appt whether its same day or next day, and no matter what i never waited more than 10 mins which doesnt bother me because compaired to other offices you could wait a long time. i would most definetly refe... read more
great service I have been going to this practice for 10 years. There has never been a time when my child was sick that they were not seen by a doctor that same day. The doctors have always been caring and a good sense of humor is always part of their medicine. There have been times that I have waited, but I know that I will get all the time my child needs when it is our turn. I trust Dr.Barnes completely.
Good Care! I've been taking my children there for 8 years. Some of the doctors recall issues that happened when the children were infants. They have a great demeanor with children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
