disrespectful staff I am a blk woman and my son also light skin (which shouldnt matter)on my visit I was asked what ethnicity my son was andmy response was "what does my son's ethnic background have to do with him bein seen by the dr" I was told it was a gov't law since they were gettin to computerized. Ive worked in the medical field over 20+yrs and never heard any such thing. There was male parent behind me and he was never asked that question. Good Care! I've been taking my children there for 8 years. Some of the doctors recall issues that happened when the children were infants. They have a great demeanor with children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Office Staff Are RUDE!!! The office staff is rude!!!! The doctors are just ok. Sometimes I feel ok but for the most part I worry about my chids care and that is no way to feel about your kids doctor. I am leaving after a year. Getting an appointment is nuts when you have a sick kid and they are not helpful at all.
excellent care Great office. everything from the first call till the appt runs smoothly. The office staff is helpfull & friendly. The girls alway have a smile on there faces. The doctors take thier time to go over an questions I may have. They all seem to really have that spiceal bed side manner that is so important when caring for children. I would recommand this office 100%.
Great Job To The Doctors and Staff I have to say I'm real happy with this practice the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had no problem them asking ethnicity of my child or my email address it just makes it easier for me being a parent that I can access my childs shot record last physical etc.. THE BEST DOCTORS OFFICE Great Doctors, Great office staff. Kind caring gental & just always easy to get in touch with. They have appts to fit the most diff schedules. They help me feel at ease everytime i have concerns. Im so glad we have found Wee Care Peds. Thank you for offering such amazing care my all my family needs.
WE CARE SUCKS!!!DISGUSTING STAFF!!!! This Place SUCKS!!!...The staff at We care Pediatrics are horrible. All they are doing here is make some good money . Julie F I Love We Care Pediatrics! We started coming here about 8 years ago. I have never had a problem with this office or the staff. Always able to get a same day appointment. I have to admit, when I call I say my name and they ask which child I'm calling for by name. How's that for personal service? Everyone in the office is always so pleasant even when you know they are having a rough day due to being extra busy. Rip Off I have been seeing Dr. Barnes since I was an infant, and have never had any problems with her. However, the same cannot be said for the rest. While I readily admit I am far too old to see a pediatrician (21), I only go there for urgent problems and referrals, as I also see a handful of specialists. When I called for my most recent appointment, I had a number of mostly minor complaints I had put off, and rattled the list off.
