Great energy, well supported by the trainers, energetic classes. I felt very welcome when I started recently.
Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The classes suit everyone from complete beginner (me) to the more experienced, and can be just as hard as you want/need them to be. The one-on-one support you get is very helpful and encouraging, and I feel very supported and ‘seen’. If you knew me, you’d know how big a deal it is for me to join - and stay with - something like this. Highly recommend!
Wonderful WAFA!! I love attending these classes, they are varied and fast paced and the atmosphere is so friendly and engaging. Lovely coaches and the equipment is first class too! I would highly recommend the classes to all woman, you would always be so welcomed and become part of the WAFA family fast!
