Incredible We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kramer during our last pregnancy. We were going through a very difficult time and were still dealing with the loss of a late term pregnancy loss the first time that we met Dr. Kramer. I was ecstatic about my pregnancy but was absolutely terrified. Dr. Kramer was the most compassionate, caring and thorough Dr. that I have ever met. Wonderful Perinatologist Dr Kramer is a wonderfully knowledgeable fetal medicine doctor. His offices are located in Montgomery and Frederick counties. He has an outstanding bedside manner and the staff in both offices are very sweet. I had literally hundreds of prenatal appointments before the birth of my twins, but I always looked forward to visits with Dr, Kramer.
