Non-responsive and incredibly difficult to get hold of. After an initial quote, there was zero follow-up. Despite countless attempts to chase, I eventually received a quote — but then nothing again. It feels as though they don’t actually want the work. Very strange and completely unreliable.

We're so glad we chose Andy and his team for our renovation of our 1st floor and loft in our new home - as first time renovators we were very grateful to have his expertise and advice particularly when we needed some structural work done. They laid concrete, built a wall and installed a steel beam to strengthen the structure Their team was the only team that pointed out building control will need to be involved. This shows that they have the experience and know the process. Also, their quality of work will be monitored. Their team has attention to detail, and they would plan everything before they do the installation. I am satisfied with what they have built.
Andy and team comprehensively refurbished our basement after it had been flooded. The high level is that the work was good, prompt and came in without unjustified variation orders so I would recommend them as a builder.
