Visited today, first time booking and first time experiencing a leg and Hollywood wax. I was nervous going into this but I had no need. From start to finish everything went smooth… no pun intended. Lyndsey talked me through the whole process. Would highly recommend and will be back again

Terrible organisation from owner, after previously double booking me and making me cancel my appointment. I then try my luck more recently but had to ask to kindly reschedule due to work, she chose to not respond to me all day only after charging me for the appointment did she bother letting me know about any “policies” if I had known I could have prevented this.
