Verified Renter Good neighborhood, very safe community, I like that it has a mix of multiple cultures staying around. The apartment itself is very nice, never had any issues with the amenities that it comes with. Maintenance is prompt and arrives by the next day. The gym and pool are decent, it's like you get what you pay for. I stay in the building on 1st street, and sometimes the street can be very noisy, the car garage/speed shop in the front can be really noisy - this is my only real complaint with this apartment.
