Verified Renter Community is good. The new extra fees are not. Overall happy with my 2nd year at Waters Edge and Harrison. Would definitely recommend the community to others.

Verified Renter Watersedge is a very lovely family knit community. Watersedge rentals are nice ,maintenance staff is quick with the service request..The have nice events for the tenants. The credit rewards is a nice program. The complex is near path and major highways and stores.

Verified Renter I recently stayed in this apartment and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was great, close to shops and public transport. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. However, it was quite small for the price, and the noise from neighboring units was bothersome. The amenities were basic, and the internet was slow. Overall, it's decent if you prioritize location and cleanliness, but there may be better options for the price.
Verified Renter I am very happy with virtually every aspect of my experience here. The one thing I am (very) unhappy with is the AC unit and how loud it is. I have found that I simply can't sleep with it running, which makes things very difficult in the summer heat. It's a shame, but I'm considering moving due to this issue alone.
