Verified Renter The concierge staff is amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The maintenance team is also excellent, responding quickly to requests and getting things done promptly. The biggest issue is the persistent smell of dog urine in the hallways. I hope management addresses this, as it takes away from an otherwise positive living experience.

The location is convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. The property is clean and well maintained, and we always feel comfortable and safe here. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and we would happily recommend it to others.
Verified Renter Easy to get to work. Clean and responsive staff. Safe neighborhood. Wish there was a way to tell when the shuttles get here because I am in the second building. Hard to use ipad as tv remote in the lounge.

Verified Renter Almost 3 years living at Water's Edge and my experience has been good. Maintenance team works fast, concierge team is friendly and helpful, the janitorial staff are nice. The neighborhood is quite and short walking distance to restaurants, the path, Seabra, walgreens, etc. Cons: Some tenants are unaware of the existence of others around them, they let their kids run wild like its a playground in the clubhouse, the gym, and outside.
