Verified Renter Been living at Waters Edge for 5 years. Living experience has gone down in the past few years. There are always noise complaints, gym etiquette complaints, tenants harassing others, odor issue, no communication between the town to the building to the tenant. Water turns off randomly due to town working on pipes. Common spaces are over run by kids using it as a playground while the parents hangout in a different room. Verified Renter Rent is too high for a moderate apartment building. Pretty standard apartment and not new to the area, but rent increases every year makes it not worth it with no real improvements.
