Verified Renter Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living at waters edge. The management company is generally reasonable, the concierge and maintenance staff are all really great and nice. Cons: the rent increases each year can be hard to deal with but that is also true for many other places

Verified Renter The living community is ideally located for this who commute to the city; downtown and midtown. In addition, travel to various areas of New Jersey is also ideal. The living community is exceptionally clean and well maintain in spite of a few residents who are selfish in the manner in which they live.
