We got a quote from this lot who kept putting obstacles in the way. Told us that we would need to remove the large tile from under the loo. They couldn't take up the old vinyl tiles under the carpet and despite my husband pointing out that our roll top bath was sunk into the wall and couldn't be moved, requested the bath was removed in order to put the new vinyl underneath it or they couldn't do it. First time using this company. Excellent experience from start to finish. Sales team helpful, not atall pushy and ensured everything went smoothly. Installers were great - Professional and friendly, a joy to have them over. Recommended for all your carpet needs, will be back!
Didn’t respond to my email request for a quote to carpet my new build house throughout. I went into shop to enquire if they received it and they had. No apology or reason given. Felt like they didn’t care. Took my business to All About Flooring in Petersfield and absolutely delighted with the service, the manner in which they treated me and the price.
Excellent service from this company. We have now had two houses carpeted by them and from both initial consultation to installation it has been nothing short of excellence. Simon was very professional in all his dealings with us and listened to our design ideas and helped us achieve them. 100% recommend!
