Didn’t respond to my email request for a quote to carpet my new build house throughout. I went into shop to enquire if they received it and they had. No apology or reason given. Felt like they didn’t care. Took my business to All About Flooring in Petersfield and absolutely delighted with the service, the manner in which they treated me and the price.
Excellent service from this company. We have now had two houses carpeted by them and from both initial consultation to installation it has been nothing short of excellence. Simon was very professional in all his dealings with us and listened to our design ideas and helped us achieve them. 100% recommend!
We have recently had our house carpeted throughout by Waterlooville Carpets and are more than satisfied with the finished job. The three carpet fitters were brilliant Pete, Ethan and Rob went over and above to ensure things went smoothly. A big thank you boys.
My landlord, PHA Homes, organised replacement flooring for my hallway and stairs. I chose the flooring style. They came to fit it and did a very poor job. I complained; the boss came out and was very dismissive of my complaints but agreed to fix the issues (poorly cut lino, bubbles of air under it, badly fitted). They came back and tried to fix these issues, but they made it worse. They have changed one part of the lino for another colour or shade, created a trip hazard at the top of the stairs, and seem to have perm-marked ... read more
