Wonderful Location, amazing staff, always something to do; the perfect place to search for your next apartment. The leasing/maintenance team is always helpful and willing to assist with a smile, Watergate Pointe consistently provides a professional/welcoming environment. I have seen so much work go into this community; renovations, repairs, and long-term projects all dedicated toward making its residents happy. Brittany does a great job at the leasing office. She is very compassionate, and patient with residents.
I would just like to say the staff here is amazing, but one particular person stood out to me and her name was Brittany Lott. She had all the answer to my question and overall was such a kind spirit. Thank you !

the area is damn near perfect, but the mixture of the unreasonably high gas bill and dog poop kinda kills it (granted the dog poop is on those lazy dog owners living here). for the most part i like it here and it does have good amenities. just missing a pool table.
This community is in a great location. Convenient to down town Annapolis, within walking distance to tons or restaurants and bars.
