I love visiting my older brother here. The leasing office is always so nice to me and really makes me feel like part of the family. Late nights out on the water are always my favorite here. Glad to see some of the abandoned care are finally gone, property is always changing for the better, can not wait for my next visit!

Not only a Beautiful property but staff were very helpful and knowledgeable!
Recent rennovations have really turned this place around. The staff particulary the property manager chris, have been extremely helpful and accomodating to all scheduling requests and questions. Beautiful location on the water with many great accomodations such as the gym and pool. You will not be dissappinted in choosing Watergate as your next home, definately worth a look!

I did a tour here a few days ago and was awestruck by this property. I had no idea there was an apartment community right here on the water! Not sure if I’ll be moving here or not, but I really want to. The staff was so friendly and made the whole thing an unexpected experience. Really excited for all the future amenities, especially the waterbikes! I gotta find a friend who lives here for when I visit, lol!
