Horrible place. They closed off the only machine that you can put money on your laundry card. Instead they will charge you $30 but never get you the card! Also towed cars from parking lot that were missing stickers without even any advanced notice. They are totally unconcerned about their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Nunca pero nunca se te ocurra venir a vivir a esta comunidad, tengo pruebas de todo lo qué pasa adentro de los apartamentos, lo que no te dicen cuando te los presentan, escríbeme a mi fb tengo fotos y videos y es asqueroso vivir aquí, el personal es una basura también, a ellos no les importa nada �������
Jamás vengas a vivir aquí, hay animales dentro de los apartamentos, y la atención es terrible además de que son racistas, yo sigo viviendo aquí pero iremos a corte para demandarlos 🤮🤮🤮
Terrible apartment staff. Rent was raised substantially for no reason only a year in. Was said it is based on the month you move out.
Horribly dirty common areas, leaky and old laundry machines, broken machines in gym, horrible parking/parking pass system, poor outdoor maintenance, outdated appliances
Management is awful. Read the reviews on yelp and Facebook. On their website the only allow 5 star comments.
RecommendedThe apartment was amazingly clean and had fresh paint when I moved in. Brittany was friendly, informative, and patient in answering all my questions. The community is quiet and respectful and the location is fantastic.
we became ILL from black mold. upon moving out, we immediately felt better. this was brought to the attention of management as well as corporate office. Issue was dismissed and alliance continues to harass with emails and threats for collections etc. our monthly rent was around $2100 a month. paid on time for 8 years plus some. be aware of this company. you will receive a utility bill from bge, plus you will also see utility charges from bge....which basically..i assume...goes towards the utilities of the building . upon mov... read more
