The apartements are severely over priced. They fee you to death. $25 trash valet. That is un reliable during the winter. Also the windows aren't insulated so don't get anything facing the water unless you want a $200 light bill on top of the gas bill and water bill. A long with never being warm. After you pay your deposit the office staff will never answer another email. Lastly there is no Gym it's always it will be finished next week.
RecommendedI've lived in Watergate for eight years now. I decided to break the lease this year and find somewhere new and maybe save some money. But after several months of searching I came to realize that Watergate beats out just about any apartment in town, in this tire region! Sure I could have saved a couple hundred bucks moving somewhere else but I had to stop and think look what I'm losing! This is an absolutely horrible company. We have been trying to contact the leasing office for OVER a month. No one there, or at their “customer care office” in Arizona will call or email us back. We moved out in August and they sent us a bill for thousands of dollars for failing to notifying them of our intent to end our lease.... only WE DID notify them, months before we moved. Now they are completely ghosting us, except for the automated emails and letters reminding us that we have a balance due. They are threatening to se... read more
In love with this place! Great location, amazing amenities, on the water, I literally water taxi to downtown.... it’s incredible. Blessed!
The views are great and is a wonderful place if you like to walk...and fish too!
