Great place to live, friendly staff and very well clean!!!
I’m not a resident here, but I live at one of the surrounding properties. By far, one of the best views you can get while living at an apartment. My friend keeps his boat in a slip at Watergate and the property is noticeably improving over the last couple months. I also visit friends who live on premises and the buildings are always kept very clean and renovated apartments are top notch!
The newly redesigned apartments are gorgeous! I love the new renovations. The design aspects are right on point with what is hot and popular right now with interior design. The customer service is awesome, which can be hard to find if you are renting, but not here. The best part about this place if you are a boater, the marina! It’s awesome, the people are so nice and inviting, you feel right at home.
Love this apartment community so much! The team makes you feel very special, like they genuinely care about you as a human being, and always acts willing to go the extra mile to make your experience memorable. I’m always keeping an eye out for constant updates on the property! Love visiting Watergate Pointe and can not wait to see all the new changes I have heard about!
Beautiful property with a lot to offer! Leasing Office is always super friendly and wants to help out! Right on the water, definitely a hidden gem in Annapolis! Lots of upcoming renovations, as I was told from the property manager himself. Excited for the future!
