HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! dirty, unsafe, overpriced
I lived at Watergate in the 80's and when I sold my house on the shore, the only place I would return is Watergate. The new manager, Jason is the BOMB! I viewed an apartment because I wanted to downsize and said no way...he replaced the floors and the kitchen counters in one day! ONE DAY!!! I couldn't believe he did all that to please me so I would move in the unit. I have to say, I've never been happier with the management at Watergate. This was a wonderful place to live...two years ago. It has fallen into disrepair due to absentee management and lack of care for residents. Not worth the price or anything close. I honestly believe they mean to drive out existing residents in order to redevelop. STAY AWAY.
Mgmt since you seem to post pictures here abt leasing please advise how to get items addressed and if your tenant portal is working? I have submitted 5 requests over the last 2 months with no response. Even when stating response needed. I call and get passed around with no follow up or false information. I need resolution. How do we get in touch with ownership?
Horrible management. Rude and unhelpful. Maintenance makes repairs to patch things up not fix them. I've had the drain of a/c dripping over electrical wires for more than 3weeks. (NOT SAFE). I and others in building have complained multiple times. They ignore our requests. These buildings are getting old and they are NOT upgrading anything but the vacant building that had a fire about 5yrs ago. Also after a year here, your rent will go up. Worst service ever! When you call the "front office" it's actually a 3rd party call center not even located in the same state. The call center says they are not allowed to transfer me to the front office and that a manager will call me back. After the 3rd time (in 3 days) of calling and letting them know NO ONE has called me back, the lady insisted that she will put in a rush order and a manager will call me by the end of today... I have had a serious rodent problem since the winter. I was told it would be taken care of and it never happened. I now have a hole in my ceiling from chewing and I still cannot get help. Now I have a constant running, crawling, scratching, and chirping in my ceiling and walls. I have logged a maintenance ticket, called, and gone to the office in person since the 5th. Still nothing. I feel like I'm about to be invaded.
Watergate has a maintenance man named Ray who is AWESOME. The man knows his STUFF. He and I worked together to get our A/C system up and running in NO time!!! Amazing!!! HIGHLY recommended for a RAISE in pay!!! :)
