Had a great experience yesterday. Registered online and had a very minimal wait when I came in. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Also the whole visit was under 40 minutes which was amazing. Got a flu diagnosis and they prescribed meds quickly and were encouraging that I would feel better soon. Then I went to pick up the meds and my pharmacy had no power so they couldn’t be filled. Both my husband and I went to Urgent care this morning. We had been sick for a week. We were met with very friendly helpful staff that addressed our needs. Thank you Kristen, Cody, Daniel, Stephanie and Amand and Ikisha. We were very pleased with our service. Highly recommend Michigan Urgent Care.
Was asked to reserve appointment on line - did that ! Got a text to say come on In . Got there signed in and was seen within 10 minutes, great staff -great service , I was - in and out with X-rays too! super clean and very friendly. Good experience for sure . They called in my prescription- super efficient place . Thanks guys !
