My daughter and I walked in with my granddaughter at 11:50am. The receptionist never even looked up from her computer, let alone greet us. The sign said to be seated and wait to be called on. So we did. As I was waiting to be addressed, two patients walked in and were greeted by the receptionist. Seriously I have been to this urgent care 3 times first time was amazing so naturally we came back. The last two times I have been here they have been so rude! Front desk ladies & RN’s! If you don’t like your job find a different one! People pay good money to go to these places, and to treat them like junk is crap! FYI who do you think pays your paycheck? The people coming in do! Your employees need an attitude check before walking into the door!

If you need URGENT care do not go to 108 Twin Fountains Dr Victoria TX. Especially if Dr. Tracy Oros is the dr you will be seeing. I made an appointment at 1 and waited in the room until 1:50. I walked out asking if I will be seen today and Oros went on by saying “ma’am you can wait and I will be with you in a moment” I said “well there was only one person in front of me when I got here and you’ve already seen more people since I’ve been here” she said “I have more patients than just you” I went ahead and told her I’ll leave... read more
