Had to have my son checked out from a high temperature for a few days. Checked in online & was seen almost immediately after we arrived! Received great care & my son didn't have to sit around in a waiting room for hours feeling crappy! Thank you!!
The wait is way too long. Longer than the ED. Just the wait in the lobby was 3 hours plus the wait in the exam room.
I called in WAHOO,I was given a time to come in.I waited 10 mins.,got told there were 8 patients ahead of me. I was still in and out in under an hour. Thank you Dr. Straw and the awesome staff.I've had 2 doses of meds,still not 100% but it beats the E.R.
Prior to COVID-19 reaching our borders, my son went in on a Sunday with flu symptoms. No flu swab was administered. He was sent away with a prescription for steroids for a “virus that had been going around”. 2 days later, he visited another clinic and tested positive for flu B.
