I was there over a year ago and was told that I was paid in full and should be fine. I even looked at my explanation of benefits to make sure that everything matched correctly. A year and three months later, I am charged more money on my credit card without my authorization or a courtesy call to let me know I still owed some money. I did like the medical providers there, but do not appreciate the billing aspects.
I’m not one to make reviews but I don’t recommend this urgent care at all. Been here for 2 hours in my car waiting for my 1 year old to just get her vitals taken after telling them she’s had a high fever for the past 3 days. I’ve watched plenty of people pull up and get seen and leave and they still haven’t checked her. Everytime I call the receptionist is rude and hangs up fast or says “you’re next. 10 minutes” another 30 minutes later and my daughter still hasn’t even gotten seen by 1 doctor.
Terrible service!!! Front office staff ! Rude !!! App stated waiting people in line 0 and we waited 5 hours to be seen!!! Do not come to this location !!
I have been waiting a week for test results and have been told the last 3 days someone will call me at the end of the day! I'm still waiting for that call, I call and goes to VM! Ridiculous!
