we made an appointment for 10:30 this morning, for a covid test for my 7 year old son. He is symptomatic and was exposed to someone who tested positive. it is 12:45pm and we are still waiting... they have only told me "another 45 minutes" each time I've called in to check. I've never felt so dismissed and unseen.
Do not use for Covid testing. Continuing unresponsiveness on results, still waiting 5 days later, and reps lie about when results will be given. Last guy told me to call the lab for my results. Worst service imaginable.
I was raped and taken here, assuming they'd treat me with respect and understanding. SILLY RENEE!! NOPE!!! WORST. ER. EVER. Never even SAW the old white man that said I was crazy and needed to be in a loony bin. But if you get shot by a cop they'd maybe help you? Not if the cop raped you tho. Yeah, screw LoveLE$$
July 30, 2020 Kay Parker She was brought into ER. ER misplaced her teeth, left by Creek County Ambulance Service. I need someone from Rusk Management (not Jill M. as she does NOT return phone called) to call me ASAP, as Kay has lost over 25 lbs since being released from this wonderful hospital. They have a customer service number that tells you 1 thing and then when you call them, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. They don’t want to see anyone. Apparently they are not a urgent care!!!
