Verified Renter Really just hate everything about living here and can’t wait to move on! The “amenities” are Not Great and between neighbors’ loud music, dogs barking, and the AC units that sound remarkably like freight trains, it stays pretty noisy.

Verified Renter We couldn't see the apartment prior to moving in only a virtual tour. Apartment not updated like the virtual tour shows. Biggest complaint is moving into an apartment with old carpet in it with pets allowed in.
Verified Renter We've been here a little over two years. The surrounding neighborhood is nice, and we're close to a lot. The apartment's layout is perfect for roommates because both bedrooms come with an attached bathroom. Downsides- everything has the landlord special and I don't think the most recent rent increase was warranted.
Verified Renter It's a pretty average place. They definitely did not spend high dollar on painters and flooring installation. The lights had the dinkiest little bulbs that barely did anything. BUT, it was clean and everyone at the office had been super friendly and helpful so far
Verified Renter Waterford Manors is considerably in a safe location, accessible to groceries/restaurants, with great amenities, peaceful neighborhood, accommodating staff.
Business response:
Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Verified Renter Very clean. Nice looking apartments. Very good area. Management is friendly and maintenance is timely. It is very pet friendly, accepts animals that other places normally would not.
Verified Renter This has been a very nice experience, I’ve had no complaints of noise. The only problem I have is that pet owners need to pick up after their pet, I have two and when I’ve taken them for a walk we have come across others dog waste, picking up after your pet is the polite thing to do
Verified Renter This apartment complex is good. They keep everything clean and outside looking nice. The apartments are a good size and the updated ones are very nice.
