Not a smoke free community and has hugely declined in quality and safety Please be aware! The apartment buildings are not smoke free and the management will not do anything to correct the issue. This includes the smell of pot in your own apartment, the units are all in one building, therefore one bad tenant leads to miserable living conditions. Love Waterford Manors! Friendly staff. Maintenance requests always answered in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Clubhouse has a pool table and a gym with 24 hour access. Overall, love my apartment and the fact that they are so pet friendly here. Even put it in a brand new dog park this year!

No Maintenance While we love the area and the quiet neighborhood, the community, and the apartment overall, there doesn’t appear to be any maintenance help. We have had to repair many things ourselves as we have submitted multiple requests without anyone showing up to help. Even the air filters aren’t being replaced routinely.

Favorite Apartment So Far After living in a few different apartments over the years, so far this is our favorite! We got the top floor so the vaulted ceilings are amazing! The only downside to them is the a/c bill in summer. So far the only noise I can hear from our neighbors is their washer- while I'm in our laundry room. That's amazing. Maintenance is prompt and kind, and everyone in the office has been very nice. Inactive Management Stay away. Management will not do anything about very loud downstairs neighbors. I have complained for months with no results. I am being forced to move to find better neighbors.
Not worth it I have been here a while, more than a year, less than 5. It is not all they say it is. Its old, drafty, appliances are original and very old, windows are metal and you get a lot of condensation, then you get mold . There is no insulation anywhere. Electric bills are way to high. There has been times that apartment smells like a sewer. Office staff doesn't answer phone as much as they should. It is convenient to a lot of things. Just think twice before moving here. You may like it at 1st, but after that.
Stay away from Mills apartments This would have been a pretty good apartment if I wasn't stuck in a top floor apartment which got up to 80 degrees in the summer. Spent almost the whole summer in an apartment that didn't have the capacity to cool itself to under 78 degrees. Thank goodness my lease was up before summer ended. It's sad that they continue to sell units to tenants knowing they still have AC units that are insufficient for some of the apartments. Great place to live I just moved in a month ago and couldn't be happier with my decision. I scoured the web for apartments within my price range that were closer to work than where I was. I came across this apartment on a whim and had to check it out on my lunch break. When I made an appointment the apartment manager was incredibly friendly and informative on the phone. New Resident I just moved in within the past two weeks, but so far I love it. The unit I got was laid out exactly like the model- in fact, some of the appliances are newer. No feeling of a "spruced up" model and then getting a disappointing actual apartment. The bedroom is spacious, the walk-in closet is more than enough room even for my admittedly large wardrobe, and the living room is a good size.
