Verified Renter We've been here a little over two years. The surrounding neighborhood is nice, and we're close to a lot. The apartment's layout is perfect for roommates because both bedrooms come with an attached bathroom. Downsides- everything has the landlord special and I don't think the most recent rent increase was warranted.
Verified Renter It's a pretty average place. They definitely did not spend high dollar on painters and flooring installation. The lights had the dinkiest little bulbs that barely did anything. BUT, it was clean and everyone at the office had been super friendly and helpful so far

Verified Renter Very clean. Nice looking apartments. Very good area. Management is friendly and maintenance is timely. It is very pet friendly, accepts animals that other places normally would not.
Verified Renter This has been a very nice experience, I’ve had no complaints of noise. The only problem I have is that pet owners need to pick up after their pet, I have two and when I’ve taken them for a walk we have come across others dog waste, picking up after your pet is the polite thing to do

Verified Renter Buildings are definitely showing their age. As far as amenities, the pool, for one reason or another, is almost never open and much of the equipment in the fitness center is damaged.

Not a smoke free community and has hugely declined in quality and safety Please be aware! The apartment buildings are not smoke free and the management will not do anything to correct the issue. This includes the smell of pot in your own apartment, the units are all in one building, therefore one bad tenant leads to miserable living conditions. Love Waterford Manors! Friendly staff. Maintenance requests always answered in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Clubhouse has a pool table and a gym with 24 hour access. Overall, love my apartment and the fact that they are so pet friendly here. Even put it in a brand new dog park this year!
