Verified Renter Good experience so far. I wish the office would answer the phone more. With new management that seems to be the only part lacking. More update to the community and units would be great so we can see where the rent increase is going.
Verified Renter Just cause it's west county doesn't mean it's better. Loud the pool is broke a lot and dirty. Didn't come into new carpet or flooring and it looks horrible after months of being here.
Verified Renter Everyone has been nice. It’s a quiet place no loud noises. The pool has been great this summer and the new lawn furniture is so nice. I wish they had a dog park for small dogs and one for the bigger dogs. I don’t use the dog park if there are big dogs in it since I have little ones, but besides that it’s been nice living here.

Verified Renter The house is located in a cozy space surrounded by well-kept nature. There are many parking spaces, which is good. Inside, the house is very big and the kitchen is very well equipped. In general, I like everything very much.
Verified Renter Had a smooth move-in and the neighborhood is quiet which I love it. It is very close to everything from urgent care to aldi, scnucks and etc. I have been here for only one week and so far I am happy.

Verified Renter Move in was VERY efficient and easy. Abby had my folder ready and recognized me as I walked through the door. I was in my apartment within 5 minutes of sitting down to talk with the office staff.
Verified Renter It's been a typical rental experience so far. Not any different from other places I've rented. Noise has to be the worst part and enclosed hallway issues. I would recommend with knowing it is like other complex of multi rental units.
