I have had sewer backup 4 times in utility closet, sliding door won't latch, gnat infestation and ladybugs (which has been sprayed 3 times and they aren't getting to the source of the problem) dishwasher broke and had to be replaced, sour smell in hallway of building due to build up of wet lint in outside vent. Still no response to my request to clean it out. Dryer won't work due to this problem and puts a sour smell in my dryer. Bathroom was chalked too much trying to cover... read more
Verified Renter I've lived here 14 years so I obviously have found it a very pleasant place to live. It is close to all amenities, yet gives the feel of a more country atmosphere. Set back from the main street is very nice. There is an open area for walking dogs, a small park across the street and deer are often spotted. Verified Renter Really just hate everything about living here and can’t wait to move on! The “amenities” are Not Great and between neighbors’ loud music, dogs barking, and the AC units that sound remarkably like freight trains, it stays pretty noisy.

Verified Renter We couldn't see the apartment prior to moving in only a virtual tour. Apartment not updated like the virtual tour shows. Biggest complaint is moving into an apartment with old carpet in it with pets allowed in.
