Verified Renter Very friendly neighborhood and cozy living! Everybody is always talking to each other and keeping an eye out! Maintenance has been attentive for everything I've asked, and my emails get replied to in a timely fashion. :)

Verified Renter Everyone seems friendly, kids are a bit rude. Wish we had sidewalks so kids aren’t walking in the middle of the road. Would be nice if kids had a playground, need two separate dog parks one for large dogs and one for small dogs, would be nice if people who had dogs picked up after them it’s the polite thing to do.

Verified Renter A lot of it’s just decent, the maintenance staff is on the slower end same with the outside 3rd parties that come in to clean the area up. And I don’t believe that a lot of them are even qualified…there have been times I asked maintenance for assistance and he left my unit 5 times to go google how to fix the issue. I could’ve done that

Verified Renter I’ve lived here almost a year, and have had no issues at all! All my maintenance requests have been fixed within a week, if not a couple days depending on the issue.

Verified Renter Overall I’ve had a positive experience. There were some things that were an issue at move in but management responded quickly to address to allow me to have a better experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
