who was pregnant was visiting her mom in Waterbury where she developed cramps and was rushed to the hospital . The staff in the birthing center was very friendly and courteous . The doctors and all the staff were all great .the ambience was awesome
If I could I would give zero stars! And this is strictly for The PA and nurse that cared for my daughter yesterday, they were absolutely horrible!! Leave your bad day at home when you are in the medical field or if you're just that miserable of a person, you shouldn't be in this field! I will hang on to her paperwork just for their names, although I will remember their faces, so god forbid we ever need to use the ER again, I will request other personnel to care for my family.

The birthing center was amazing !!!! The nurses and doctors and PCA went above and beyond !! Special thanks to Jen, Barb,Chris and DR Kaz they helped me deliver my beautiful angel after saving her life.... I will forever have Them in my heart and prayers!!!�
I went to One Day Surgery for ankle surgery yesterday. Everyone who treated me was professional and kind. I used to work in the OR, so perhaps they was why I had lDr Bueno for anesthesia, Gerry as my circulator, Wendy as my scrub, and awesome Dr Flynn was my surgeon! Also his PA, Joanie, who I used to work with in Neuro years ago! Recovery nurses were great, too! One Day is really well organized!
I think the hospital is dirty and needs more cleaning and the wait time is always always to long it's like they don't want to work there
