This was not my first time having my husband admitted to Waterbury hospital. It was the first time we have "Visited" so many sections for different things. It was all great. The culture since it was sold is improved. Professional care from everyone. Not one sign of "bad attitude"
Fantastic medical staff and nurses dedicated to their patients.
I was a patient for the past 3 days and the staff from the front door (ED), Radiology to the nursing unit POM 7 was outstanding. Caring, compassionate team focused on their patients. Thank you for proving excellent care to me.
Explain how they lost my iPhone 8+ and my driver's license and will refuse to answer me . Irresponsible staff
