Nurses are the best cardiology floor. Yes been in hospital twice and everyone are wonderful
Last 3-17 I had the CV 19 test done. I’ve been checking the computer since 3-21 and it says processing. Today 3-25 I was told to call back and they will have answers. Some IDIOT sent it to Quest in California! Who would send it to California with the problems they have? If I knew who it was I would them in the face then cough on them
The worst hospital in all of CT. Unclean. Jaded workers. Don’t go here if you have any choice at all. Good luck trying to see the same person working there twice either. I could write an entire novel on all the mistreatment I’ve witnessed there.

ER nurses needed to be informed of ADA on service dogs. They claim hospital policy is to require documentation for a service animal. Policy doesn’t supersede federal law! While all this is going on she is tucked under my chair quiet not making a peep behaving like a properly mannered service dog!
On 1/3/2020 I was admitted to the er by my own volition, I hadn't been there in approx 5 years. 1 they refused to use my school ID and my updated insurance card to update medical records, 2 This resulted in me being dead named until I got discharged on 1/4/2020. 3 when I did get discharged they had put my backpack in a biohazard bag w/o telling me why and thus I had to go to the ER security guard to get it and change in an ER bathroom
From what I've observed, most of the healthcare staff are well rounded and compassionate individuals. The day nurses on Pom 4 and 5 mean business! All are amazing at collaborating patient care as a team.
I like the staff and so am able to go to the ER and be seen in a reasonable amount of time (myself), and also especially when my children are sick too.
