RecommendedI was seen in the ER this morning for a hand injury. The staff was caring and rapid in their assessment and treatment for me. Janene and Johnna along with all the other staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I was impressed with the level of care shown. Also many thanks to P.A. Aguilar ! I had my very first surgery today. Everyone at Waterbury Hospital was great. The nurses, technicians, and doctors were all friendly, hardworking, and caring. They made a potentially scary situation downright pleasant. Thank you!
I had surgery on the 30th of April. From the moment I entered the pre-op area to being wheeled out to my car yesterday, I received nothing but amazing service. All of the staff on floor 7 were caring and clearly took pride in their work. They were patient with me, and were supportive of my family coming to visit and move me along in the recovery process. The doctors from my surgeon down to the surgical residents did a great job of answering questions and providing the best care they could. I would definitely choose Waterbury... read more
I was there just yesterday in the ER. The staff was pleasant and informative. The doctor explained my condition to me not over me. The nursing staff is highly underrated. Excellent is the word I would use to describe them. Good Job!!!
Awesome Awesome Staff....
Waterbury Hosp was amazing. From the second I walked in the door till the second I was discharged. I had robotic abdominal surgery. The nurses on the seventh floor were phenomenal along with the PCA’s. The OR staff the one-day surgery staff and the recovery room need to be commended on their care. Thank you Dr J.Foster I feel so much better already.
Service and Crew were excellent very Professional. Thank you All especially Dr. Bing Shue witch is my Vascular Surgeon 👨⚕️
