Thank you to the wonderful people at Waterbury Hospital for taking such good care of my daughter on Thanksgiving when she was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. Everyone we encountered at Waterbury Hospital was supportive and extremely responsive to her situation. A special thanks to Pedro, Nurse Scott, and Dr. Wiskell for helping my daughter feel safe and in good hands.

I still to this day have never stepped foot in Waterbury hospital and they sent me a bill for $3,000. They billed me for running lab results from a test I took at a different facility who also billed me seperately. The billing office has offered me no help, they gave me multiple numbers to call that connected me to answering machines to leave messages where those people offered me no help either after making me wait weeks for a callback. Everyone was extremely pleasant and understanding from check in to recovery. My daughters first surgery and a fear of needles. It couldn't have been a better experience and I felt safe with my child in someone else's hands.

I had an awesome experience with my 5yr old tonight, (as awesome as an ER experience could be), but i was in and out within an hour and a half- with x-ra ys. The nurses, PA, and x ray staff were great with her, and she left happy without an ounce of fear. Thank you!
Bad experience with Dr. Mucci from ED.
On May 1 2014 I was attack by my Pitbull and was taken to Waterbury ER. I was treated promptly by some wonderful DRs. I wasn't even sure I was gonna make it out alive the attack was so bad but they did a super job. I was in the hospital for 12 days before I was transfered to a rehab. Thank You Very Much to the DRs and Nurses who worked on me
