My husband had surgery yesterday and even though it was a long day of waiting every one in the one day surgery department was attentive, kind and enjoyable to work with.

too much to tell but very grateful for the staff that respond to my every need.this hospital should be called a graceful Christianity hospital.
I do to mean to put anyone of my friends that work at Waterbury Hospital down, but WTF only ONE doctor on in the ER after 3:00 am!!!!!! Been here since around 11:00 pm with only about 3 or 4 other patients. It's not even busy!!!!!This is uncalled for!!!!!!!!
I had to tell the dr 5 times it was hard to breathe and still nothing was done to treat that. It took a random nurse to walk by and see me crying in pain before my dr even decided to give me something and then the dr told me I had e.coli on 2015..... what kind of hospital doesn't tell the patient they have e.coli?????? Or even listen to the patient. Worst ever!!!
The stafff (pca) girls where very rude and inconsiderate.. I felt like they hired girls off the street that where not home trained.. the way they spoke to me and treated me was the worst I've ever seen at this hospital..
With the exception of long wait in the emergency room things went pretty well. I was little disappointed in one of the nurses attitude, she was rather rude. Otherwise things went well but instead of feeling better today I am feeling a little worse? I was worried about having the flu but after taking a test, they said I didn't I just hope they were right.
