If there were a negative star review I would leave a negative 5 . Poor customer service. No respond for days!!! I order a watch their employees didn’t get aired that the watch was packed correctly so my watch came damaged and wasn’t winding at all after back and forth for a week they send the return label and after they received they state that their paper security label is not sealed and they will not refund and only repair the watch !!! I bought a 3 band gold ring in Oct 23 for £259 I was a a little disappointed with thickness of bands so thought this was normal for this product, however within 2 months I noticed one of the bands split. I contacted Watchmax who reluctantly agreed to replace ring which I received in Jan 24, but again in June 24 the same thing happened one of the bands split. I paid for a pair of gold hoops on June 4th and 48 hour Royal Mail delivery. 8 days later - no word from the company - I emailled to be told that there was a delay and offering me a refund, I replied that I'd like to wait but to please keep me updated as to how long the delay would be. No reply and no further communication. Now June 26th. Poor customer service and horrible sense of being robbed.

Great range of watches at prices way better than the high street. Excellent customer service for enquiries and quick and efficient despatch. Pleased with my first experience so used them again! Gem of a company.
