I have been living in an apartment managed by Watassa Management for about 8 months. Francis is very professional and has been quite responsive to my problems. I would not hesitate recommending living in a building managed by Watassa.

Watassa is a very great management company. They are professional and knowledgable, and were always very prompt with service and repairs. Franics is very personal and responsive.
