It is unacceptable to remove medical coverage from a woman who is suffering from congestive heart failure, and is disabled. Especially a woman who has suffered the loss of her husband, and is undergoing therapy for the grief of losing her husband of 38 years. nice work place good staff they are very friendly
The hand-off from SPSS (payroll system for Home Health Care workers) to iPOne has and is problematic. I haven't even gotten my W2 for the early part of last year. I need my refund! I called the tax desk and if you left a message they give you 5 plus days to wait. They allow themselves this because this time of year is "busy"!! So, expecting this, put MORE staff on it! The mentality of non-accountability is stunning.
