There is no good reason that in 2017 the process for application and approval for benefits can't be more streamlined and efficient. There needs to be more ways besides phone and in office to get the information needed. Also, if you know during the initial application that more documents will be necessary it's absolutely ridiculous to NOT inform the applicant in the initial follow-up email regarding the needed documents so that the applicant can be prepared PRIOR to the intake interview.
why in all gods name do you allow and pay for someone who has 10 kids and preg with the 11th????...why not jail the baby daddy ?
There are some great people that work there that really do care about helping people but the supervisor of the tacoma call center Leandra Gutierrez-Leach spends her days chatting and screwing off with her lead Nikki Canley and they're like mean girls and if they dont let u in to their group or feel threatened they get rid of u. They both are bad backstabbing people
