So i just waited in cue for an hour and half when the system said it would be 59mins, just to update my income, missed lunch and almost had to hang up because i have be in class. There needs to be an automated way to update your income, online or something.
As with so many agencies that get too large, this one is in serious need of some stream-lining of both top and middle personnel and processes. You have become the Poster Child for Dysfunctional Execution of Duty. i have not received nothing ever n other people are steeling my payments
I have now been on hold for an hour and a half. This is the second time I have been on hold for over an hour with no help. I also can't come in during thier hours as I work full time, go to school and am a single mom of three busy kids. I get the feeling that the DSHS is not here to help people who are honestly trying to better themselves and just need a little help back on thier feet. The open hours only serve people who dont work.
Filled out all my paper work..drove into the Tumwater cso to turn it in. They closed my account on accident so now i wont get access to food stamps till tomorrow. Even though I should of seen them on Friday. So because of their mistake my kids suffer...thanks dshs
Raped by 2 foster sybalings and then kicked out Epic Fail . DShs said i am permately Disabled with PTSD all so i have Asperger's . Gave up on my 120 a month ABD age Blind , Disabled and seeing a therapist to get said $120 a month after i had to walk to DSHS for an hour and was Solicitated by Dick's in CAr's more than once .
