My son, Connor, has been denied his rights for over nine months. Connor is autistic. I am his father, John, Connor's legal guardian. Got a bill for Apple Health 3 months after we left the exchange and canceled our coverage. The phone number on the bill is an endless phone tree where you can't connect with a human. The 'smart' voice tree, that you can talk to instead of pushing buttons, doesn't understand anything I say. I find another number on the website and finally get in a queue to talk to a real person, where you make me listen to slow jazz. When I finally get to talk they transfer me.
