Being able to contact this office via email, website, or if anyone ever answered the phones would be a major improvement. Getting your benefits canceled DURING A PANDEMIC because you can't get through to anyone to complete their required annual phone interview is unbelievable. I've been calling for weeks and it just plays a recording that says "all agents are busy, try again later" then disconnects without an option to leave a message. I called my EBT card this morning and was notified that my card was reported lost or stolen. I never called it in lost. I can’t get a hold of anyone on the website. This is the worst April Fools joke of all time. I tried to go to the office which is closed. Tried to go to the food bank Closed. So What are we supposed to do when you can’t get a hold of anyone. Oh and BTW I’m sick and don’t have food or any money to get my otc medicine.
Answer your phones all phone lines say they are down...
They decided to get involved in my life and take money out of my paycheck for child support i was already paying, their case workers and lawyers never answer and maybe call you back. They wont communicate through email or text even though its year 2020, and the "judge" gets 21 days to make a decision on your child support (meanwhile your paying)..if you cant keep up with demand you should stay out of peoples paychecks. This has to be one of the MOST worthless agencies i have ever dealt with. I hope this agency get abolished ... read more
