I was the first to move onto the development. I had minimal snags & they were sorted straight away. The house is excellent & in my opinion well built & thoughtfully planned out. Any queries or minor issues were dealt with quickly which is what you need when buying a new build. Thanks to Rebekah & Duncan for making my move much easier.
Really happy with my new home. Rebekah was amazing from start to finish, guiding me through the process. The Site Manager Duncan was very helpful and answered all my questions on handover …. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy one of their beautiful homes again. Love the fact that we could get a ‘green mortgage’ on them too due to the A energy rating and the way they are built. The best part was choosing the kitchen …. Very exciting! Well done Washington Homes and Grisdales.
BUYER BEWARE. I would advise ensuring all work ‘promised’ by this builder is completed prior to exchanging contract. They fail to keep to verbal agreements. As a result we have been forced to sell our property after 13 months.
