The hotel is accessible to Capitol Hill. Hotel staff are courteous, helpful, and works to make you have the very best experience while in DC. Hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Walking distance to Union Station Metro. I really enjoyable my recent visit to the Washington Court Hotel. Thank you.
The room was very nice & tidy but no refrigerator, no microwave. The food in the restaurant was very nice & the waiters were very helpful & friendly. The lady receptionist was not helpful & not smiling.
Food restaurant it's terrible and bad service to Lati is. Nos discriminaron! No public accommodations!
We did a overnight girl trip and we loved our rooms and the staff was very friendly. I want to say thank you to Simone who checked us in at the front desk he was very friendly and helpful. I will be staying again our dates we stayed where Sept 17 to 18, 2016.
Nothing for the price... nothing... front desk staff not friendly at all.... no vending machines. Coffee pot not user-friendly.... not even free WiFi.... never again. Calling corporate
This has been one of the worst hotels for the price. No refridgerator, no microwave, ice machine on floor was broken, no breakfast. I requested extra cream for the room so I could make coffee, instead I received only one. The maid moved the note to the side. The coffee pot was also dirty and once I made coffee it had something floating. Overall, the room was not worth the money paid. If I had to give it any positive review it would be location.
