The person who answered the phone when I had problems with the cable in my Room was rude, she understood I am Latina. I was calling 5 times because I didn't have cable from 5.10 pm until almost 7.30 pm than I had to go to the front desk and told with a gentle Man and he provided me Internet free while resolve the issue of the cable. The room was clean always, the breakfast service was good too but the customer service who attended the phone was horrible. Bad experience if the guest has any issue.
