Very unpleasant experience: we stayed at the WCH for five days. There was no room service for two days, and I had to "steal" toilet paper as the housekeeping did not refill it. The food was very poor as well, the staff unfriendly. How can you even mess up a hot chocolate? We payed 250 dollars for an executive room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Definitely a place to relax and be near Downtown. Bar/lounge on site and restuarant. Rooms are spacious...great for tourists. 2 blk from Union Station...
