I've been to this hotel before and I plan on coming back. And Sam at the front desk couldn't be more attentive.
Great staff. Friendly from the door, front desk , gym, bar and food and beverage manager dennis s. Will come back.
Room is nice and the people who work here are pleasant. Problem is no room service, no bottled water/coffee/tea. Now, the major issue is the guest services and amenities booklet shows these things available. That is in need of updating. Huge business conferences list this hotel as a recommendation. ..I don't think I'd stay here again.
Reasonable rates, contemporary, pet friendly and very close to Capitol Hill.
Friendly staff from doorman,front desk,bartender,(try the blue motercycle great drink) late night meal at hotel bar was excellent full menu at 10:45pm Maintanance...excellent location just a few blocks from Capitol Hill short uber ride to any location,clean modernly decorated rooms,50" flat screen TVs
