I checked in yesterday, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Gideon, the doorman, is awesome!! Everyone I encountered yesterday, remembered me today, which makes me feel like more than a customer, but an actual guest in their home. Their is no microwave in the room, and that's the only thing I don't like.
