how is it, that unlike every other hotel I've ever stayed, regardless of country or city, parking isn't included or at least greatly reduced at this place? I'm paying $150 per night plus taxes for a room, and another $50 per night for parking. next time, I'll go somewhere else.
RecommendedI absolutely loved it. great service very friendly 100%. the view was incredible. Keurig coffee maker. flat screen TV, water bottles and fridge.

so I stayed this passed weekend. Not only have i checked out but money is still being taken from my account. my first two nights were booked through hotels.com . had to extend my stay because of getting sick. They returned my deposit for my first two nights of stay. just to take half of it back out of my account. still have no been returned my deposit for my last night of stay. When I called to question the transaction I was helped at to call back and talk to accounting when it opens.
Our experience was great and the staff was beyond friendly especially Betty she was on duty when we arrived and she made us feel welcome I love this place will definitely go back to stay

Excellent Facility
This is not a bad hotel, but it is not great either. The location is beyond comparison, however: a few blocks from the Capitol, Union Station, cable news network HQs, etc. Many other reviews complained of no coffee maker - my room had a small Keurig as well as a micro fridge. The bed was oddly uncomfortable due to being too soft (for my taste) and I was most disappointed by the shower.
